Have you updated the Go4App? Try uninstalling the old app from your phone and reinstalling it from the playstore. If that doesn't help, when you get home uninstall the DJI Assistant 2 app on your computer, redownload it from DJI (there's a new version) and connect your drone.
7411 4 2020-3-15 I'm brand new at this. Just got my.drone and went to go fly. It's giving me a "mag interference " code and says to check app? I find nothing. Any advice or
The Mag interference sounds bogus. And it won't link between the controller and the phone. Have you tried connecting the controller to the DJI Assistant 2 program on your PC? You might be able to diagnose something that way or try a factory reset. Then of course you need to relink it to the Mavic.
The Mavic 2 Zoom's camera framing is more convenient, helping to reduce creation time during flight, and it has more lens languages for a variety of different effects when shooting videos, while the Mavic 2 Pro equipped with the L1D-20c camera (1-inch sensor) created by DJI and Hasselblad captures greater image details and has a stronger low light shooting capability.
As a general rule, only re-calibrate the compass of your Mavic Air (or other drone) when prompted to. When you get a magnetic interference warning from the Mavic Air, your DJI Go 4 app will suggest you re-calibrate your compass. Tap OK to get started. The app will then show you a diagram of the Mavic Air and ask you to rotate it 360 degrees.
